On this day, Adolf Hitler presented the 25-point program of the National Socialist German Workers’ Party at a public meeting in Munich. The program demanded that only people of “German blood” could be citizens and said no Jew could be a member of the nation. It also called for the removal of Jews who had entered Germany since 1914.

The remaining points mixed territorial revision, state control of some economic activity, and attacks on what the party called non-laboring income. Hitler later treated the program as unchangeable party doctrine. The meeting is the public announcement of that platform, thirteen years before the party took power.
