On this day, the last flight of Operation Tzur Israel landed at Ben-Gurion Airport. The Times of Israel records that about 300 people arrived, the last of about 2,000 Ethiopian immigrants brought since December 2020. Immigration Minister Pnina Tamano-Shata and Jewish Agency chairman Isaac Herzog met them.

JNS records that the arrivals on that flight included 70 infants, 35 people aged 70 or older, and about 250 young adults who were expected to enter the army. Herzog said the work of bringing the rest of the community was not finished.
