#onthisday, 1968, 476 years after its declaration, the Alhambra Decree that expelled Spain’s Jews in 1492 is officially [FINALLY?] revoked by the Spanish government.

An act that is directly related with the Spanish & Portuguese Inquisitions and had put an end to one of the Jewish People’s most prosperous periods in Exile.
